developing a mobility grant program

Commuteride launched its Workspace Mobility Grant program in 2021 to further accomplish our mission of supporting Treasure Valley employers in developing and implementing commute options for their employees. With funding support from the AARP Community Challenge Grant and the City of Boise, Commuteride awarded two rounds of small business grants of up to $3,000 for mobility improvements to support commute options and foster long-term investment in commute strategies. The grants benefited the local business community and their employees and expanded Commuteride’s employer outreach program by connecting with new businesses and forming new partnerships with organizations in Ada County.

It is our pleasure to share planning and implementation resources with agencies interested in developing a similar program in their communities.
