Want to be rewarded for sharing the ride and the road? The following incentives are currently available to commuters at no or low cost. Additionally, many employers offer incentives to employees who rideshare. Please check with your employer and Commuteride for more information.

Guaranteed Ride Home Program
Carpoolers, vanpoolers, bus riders, walkers and bicyclists are all eligible for reimbursement for a taxi ride home. Rides are available in the case of an emergency or an unscheduled overtime situation for pre-registered participants who arrived at work using one of the commute alternatives listed above. The guaranteed ride home program is currently only available in the ACHD Commuteride service area.

Transi-Cheks
Transi-Checks are distributed through participating employers as an incentive to try an alternative to driving alone.  New riders on Commuteride Vanpools and Valley Ride buses will be subsidized $20 for each of the first three months fare.  Discounts are only available on monthly rides.
