How do I sign up for the carpool incentive system???
- Go to the login box and create a user name and a password.
- Read through terms of service and accept.
- Once logged in fill out the information under “Your Profile” and “Carpool
Profile”. Then save that information.
- The first month that is eligible for the carpool incentive reward is September
2008.
- After September is over you log back on to our web-site and enter the
month participated, select the gift card you wish to receive, days worked during
the month, days you carpooled during the month and total roundtrip mileage to
and from work.
- Click save and exit and your information will be sent to us.
- To qualify you must have carpooled more than 60% of the time during the
month.
- To qualify your commute must include the I-84 corridor between the Garrity
exit #35 and the Meridian Road exit#44.
- Your information submitted must be accurate and truthful. Incomplete or
late entries will not be honored.
- You have until the 10th of the next month to submit your information. So
if you were submitting for September 2008 you would have until October 10, 2008
to submit your information.
- Gift cards will be mailed to you quarterly. The first quarter will include
September, October, November and December 2008. Gift cards will be mailed 30
days after the close of the qualifying quarter.
- This program will continue as long as funding for the program is available.
